Questions couriers ask
Will a website get me work?
It helps a lot, but it works best alongside you. When a business finds you on Google, or you ring them about work, they look you up first. A proper site shows them you are a real, insured courier and makes it easy to send you a job.
Do I need to know anything about websites?
No. You answer questions about your business, like what van you drive and where you cover. We do everything else.
Is the web address mine?
Yes. We set it up for you and it is included in the price. If you ever leave, we move it over to you for free.
What if I don't have any photos?
That is fine. We use courier photos from our library, and you can send your own whenever you like. A photo of you or your van makes the biggest difference.
Can I change things later?
Yes. Small changes like a new phone number, service or photos are included. Send them over and they are done within 2 working days.
What if I want to leave?
Cancel the £15 a month any time with a month's notice. Your web address goes with you, and your email is never touched.
