Do I have to pay everything upfront?
Yes – our pricing is one-time and upfront so you know exactly what you’re paying. No hidden costs, no surprise bills.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes. You can ask for upgrades to your site at anytime. Prices may vary depending on requirements.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. We handle everything – design, domain, setup, and launch. You don’t need to touch code or know WordPress. If you have an existing domain, you will need to provide access to your registrar.
How long does it take to go live?
It depends on the package and how quickly we receive your content. Most standard websites are live within a few days. Premium and Bespoke sites take longer depending on scope. Please let us know if you have any strict deadlines and we can quote to complete in time.
Is hosting included?
Yes. Hosting is included in all packages at no extra charge. There’s also an optional £99/year renewal to keep your site live after the first year.
Can I add extras later?
Yes – you can always order other services from us in the future, ranging from logo design to SEO services.
Do I need the Care Plan?
It’s optional, but recommended. We’ll handle updates, backups, edits, and send you monthly traffic reports — so your site keeps running smoothly.
Can I cancel the Care Plan anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. If you cancel, your website stays live – you’ll just manage updates and issues yourself.
What if I want changes after the site is live?
You can either:
Use your monthly support time (if on the Care Plan)
Pay a one-off support fee (price given upon reviewing the request)
