What’s included in my website package?
Your setup includes full design, domain and SSL configuration, hosting setup, contact form, and everything needed to launch your site. No technical skills required.
What is the annual service fee?
This covers your domain renewal, SSL certificate, hosting, and essential platform management. It ensures your site stays online, secure, and supported after the first 12 months.
Do I have to pay the annual service fee?
No, you do not need to pay the annual service fee. However, if you do not pay the fee your website will be taken offline once the renewal date passes and the service fee is unpaid. You’ll be notified before any action is taken.
If you’d like to avoid future fees, you can opt to transfer full ownership to your own hosting account by purchasing the Ownership Transfer Add-On.
Can I own and manage the site myself?
Yes. You can purchase the Ownership Transfer Add-On (£100) at any time. We’ll move your site and domain to your own Hostinger account, giving you full control.
Can I make changes myself after it goes live?
By default, websites are fully managed. You cannot make direct edits unless you:
Subscribe to our Monthly Maintenance Plan (from £15/month), which includes 15 minutes of updates, or
Purchase the Ownership Transfer Add-On (£100), which gives you full admin access and hosting control.
This ensures your site remains stable, secure, and professionally maintained.
How long does it take to go live?
Starter sites are typically ready in 5–7 working days. Standard sites take 7–10. Bespoke timelines depend on the scope but start at 2–3 weeks. These timelines are not guarantees and deployment times can vary depending on our workload. We always aim to be transparent with timings and will set expectations with you from the outset.
