3. How the Process Works

You place an order through our website and pay in full upfront.

You may be asked to complete a follow-up form (via Tally) to provide content and preferences.

We begin work, typically within 1–2 working days. There is the potential that we start work immediately after your purchase.

We aim to deliver your website within the agreed timeframe, assuming prompt input from you.
4. Client Responsibilities
To deliver your website efficiently, you agree to:

We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of client input.
5. Payments and Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT if applicable.
Payments are processed securely via SureCart. We do not store any payment information.
Full payment is required at checkout. Work will not begin until payment is received.
6. Refunds
We offer a 24-hour cooling-off period after purchase, provided no work has started. Once we begin work on your website or any add-on service, your order becomes non-refundable. We may begin work immediately.

7. Website Ownership and Licensing
Once your final website has been delivered and paid for in full:

You own the website content and layout

You may update, edit, or move the website as you wish

We may retain a copy for portfolio or reference use (excluding sensitive info)
You are responsible for maintaining your own hosting, domain, and email setup unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
8. Liability Disclaimer
We make every effort to deliver a professional, functional website. However, we cannot guarantee:

Specific search engine rankings or traffic

Increase in bookings or business performance

Compatibility with unsupported third-party tools or platforms
We are not liable for business losses, missed delivery jobs, or downtime once the site is handed over.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to decline projects that involve illegal, misleading, or inappropriate content, or where the client is unresponsive or uncooperative.
In such cases, we may cancel the order and issue a full or partial refund depending on whether work has started.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date”.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled under UK jurisdiction.
