1. Overview
We provide custom-built websites and optional add-on services tailored specifically to each courier client. Because this is a personalised service that may begin immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds once work has started.
However, we offer a short cooling-off window in case you change your mind before any work begins.
2. Cooling-Off Period
You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a full refund, provided no work has started on your website.
To request a refund within this window, please email us at hello@websitesforcouriers.co.uk with your name, email address, and order number.
We will confirm your eligibility and process your refund within 3 working days.
3. Work May Begin Immediately
Work on your website may begin immediately after purchase.
By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree that this is a custom digital service and that you waive your right to cancel once work has started, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
4. After Work Has Started
Once we begin any part of your website setup – including design work, plugin installation, layout configuration, or add-on setup – your order becomes non-refundable.
5. Add-On Services
All add-on services (such as SEO setup, Google Business Profile support, or extra pages) follow the same 24-hour cancellation rule. If work has already begun, they are not refundable.
6. Project Cancellation by You
If you choose to cancel your project after work has started, no refunds will be issued. We may, at our discretion, offer to pause or delay the project if needed.
7. Project Cancellation by Us
In rare cases, we may need to cancel a project (e.g. due to lack of communication, payment issues, or unsuitable content). If this happens before any work has started, you’ll receive a full refund. If work has already begun, we will refund any uncompleted elements on a case-by-case basis.
